Practice Lead/Solution Architect - C#/ASP/React.js

<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a Practice Lead/Solution Architect specializing in Optimizely Configured Commerce.

In this role, you will lead delivery, solutioning, capability building, and practice growth.

You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee architecture and development, and build new capabilities aligned with emerging growth areas and client needs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead delivery and solutioning for Optimizely Commerce Cloud solutions.<br/><br/>- Manage technical teams and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and deployment.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.<br/><br/>- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.<br/><br/>- Stay current with Optimizely product updates and industry trends to drive innovation.<br/><br/>- Analyze customer data to uncover insights and improve ROI.<br/><br/>- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers and engineers.<br/><br/>- Participate in discovery/requirements workshops to design optimal solutions.<br/><br/>- Drive pre-sales activities including proposals, demos, and showcasing capabilities.<br/><br/>- Build team capability, foster continuous learning, and drive certifications.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 15+ years of strong technical industry experience.<br/><br/>- 8+ years in technical leadership roles, including 2+ years with Optimizely Commerce Cloud.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C commerce domains.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Optimizely certifications (Developer or Architect).<br/><br/>- Experience with headless commerce and composable architecture.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and A/B testing tools.<br/><br/>- Exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Angular.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
