<p>Overview:<br/><br/> PracticeSuite, Inc.

is an innovative platform to enable medical practices and other healthcare facilities to create an amazing patient experience.<br/><br/> As a single platform, PracticeSuite has diverse features to modernize practices and take them to the next level.<br/><br/> The Customer Support Analyst should have more than 3 years of solid experience in voice and non-voice support for US-based clients and should have good communication abilities in both verbal and written while consistently delivering high-quality service with minimal supervision.<br/><br/> ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br/><br/>- We believe-the best commandos are made in the battlefield and not in the academy vis-vis best customer support analysts are made in a dynamic work environment and not business schools.<br/><br/>- 3+years' experience in hard core voice/non-voice support, supporting US clients.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.<br/><br/>- Thinks independently and operate with limited supervision.<br/><br/>- Assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated.<br/><br/>- Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines.<br/><br/>- Detailed oriented with excellent telephone and spelling skills.<br/><br/>- Solid typing and PC skills including proficiency with MS Word, Power Point & Excel.<br/><br/>- Works well independently and within the team.<br/><br/>- An ardent problem solver, one who always thinks from the customer's perspective.<br/><br/>- Fast learner who can grasp product domain knowledge.<br/><br/> Skills : Experience in Medical Billing AR Calling domain will be preferred.<br/><br/> Experience: 3-6 years.<br/><br/> Location : Mumbai or Kochi.<br/><br/> Shift Night Shift (US Shift).<br/><br/> WHO WE ARE<br/><br/> PracticeSuite is a national, fast-growing cloud computing software company based in Tampa, FL that provides a cloud-based 360- Office Platform to healthcare facilities.<br/><br/> PracticeSuite has an agile management team, high employee morale, and high customer satisfaction and retention.<br/><br/> PracticeSuite is growing rapidly and is being recognized as one of the 5 top cloud-based systems within healthcare.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
