<p>Overview :<br/><br/>PracticeSuite is an innovative platform to enable medical practices and other healthcare facilities to create an amazing patient experience.<br/><br/>As a single platform, PracticeSuite has diverse features to modernize practices and take them to the next level.<br/><br/>PracticeSuite is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding HR services to our employees.<br/><br/>We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the fast-growing cloud computing software company in the country.<br/><br/>Role & Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- The purpose of this position is to accurately maintain a detailed and organized master data with internal company information.<br/><br/>- Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.<br/><br/>- Work with various workforce analytics systems for productivity management, including EMP Monitor, Activtrack, etc.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR Manager to design and implement studies, analyze data, and provide recommendations based on results.<br/><br/>- Support HR and Legal projects by providing relevant data and analysis Generate reports to support the HR and Legal teams.<br/><br/>- This role will be knowledgeable on the pre-hire, hire and transfer processes so they are able to process and assist on any questions that arise from the business areas.<br/><br/>- Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance.<br/><br/>- This position will complete specific verifications for employee productivity management.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with HR team members to implement corrective actions and improve compliance.<br/><br/>- Weekly processing of master data actions (Hire/ Rehires, Transfers, Pay Rates, Direct Deposit, Name, and Address).<br/><br/>- Analyzing and completing verbal and written verification of employment requests.<br/><br/>- Conduct interview debriefs and drives hiring decisions.<br/><br/>- Ask questions that provide insight into the candidate experience while keeping them engaged and challenged; Thinks outside the Strong analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Successful track of hiring top talent.<br/><br/>- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of HR operations, processes and data, including condition rules and business processes to ensure correct implementation.<br/><br/>- Ability to organize and prioritize including the ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and efficiently.<br/><br/>- Understanding of applicable employment related laws and regulations.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.<br/><br/>- Excellent human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player in a positive manner).<br/><br/>- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.<br/><br/>Who We Are:<br/><br/>PracticeSuite is a national, fast-growing cloud computing software company with offices in Kochi and Mumbai, that provides a cloud-based 360- Office Platform to healthcare facilities.<br/><br/>PracticeSuite has an agile management team, high employee morale, and high customer satisfaction and retention.<br/><br/>PracticeSuite is growing rapidly and is being recognized as one of the 5 top cloud-based systems within healthcare.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
