<p>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:.<br/><br/>- At least 8+ years prior experience in accounting working in a SaaS recurring revenue billing.<br/><br/>- Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plus.<br/><br/>- Ability to automate process.<br/><br/>- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.<br/><br/>- Roll-up the sleeve and strong team player.<br/><br/>- Genuine desire to do the right thing for our customers.<br/><br/>- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/>- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly professional.<br/><br/>- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Can multitask and adjust priorities on-the-fly requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience with a CRM system.<br/><br/>- Eager to learn, adapt and improve your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.<br/><br/>- Fast learner, detailed oriented and an ardent problem solver.<br/><br/>- Self-discipline to manage the position on a day-to-day basis.<br/><br/>WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOMPLISHING:<br/><br/>- PracticeSuite has multiple challenges that awaits right talent.<br/><br/>- At the core, your contribution shall revolve around the following areas:.<br/><br/>- Prepare invoices - generate accurate and timely invoices.<br/><br/>- Review contracts and apply appropriate rates to invoices.<br/><br/>- Reconcile invoicing with system usage.<br/><br/>- Implementation of pricing changes.<br/><br/>- Processing daily batches.<br/><br/>- Accounts receivable - contact customers regarding outstanding payments due.<br/><br/>- Assist with notification of decline in credit card charges and that their dues are collected in a timely manner.<br/><br/>- Accounts payable - verification, reconciliation and analysis of AP.<br/><br/>Project support.<br/><br/>- Preform reconciliations as needed.<br/><br/>- Understand and improve processes.<br/><br/>- Tie inter-departmental communications to ensure operations, engineering, support, sales and onboarding are operating with the same information.<br/><br/>- Rollup sleeves and do whatever it takes to the get the job done - Accounting, Administration and other aspects of the business.<br/><br/>- Handle customer queries and other accounting related issues.<br/><br/>- Any other duties that may arise from time to time.<br/><br/>Note: This position is open for night shift (6PM 3AM IST).<br/><br/>Location: Kochi & Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
