Mtest Labs is a Digital & Mobile Application Testing Company based in London and New York.
We collaborate with Mobile Tech Startups, Design Studios, Artists, and Large Tech companies to deliver high-quality apps with exceptional user experiences.
As part of our clients' extended teams, we provide Assurance solutions and product testing, playing a crucial role in their success.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Account Research: Identify and prioritize target companies (verticals, geographies, size) with high potential for testing engagements.
Stakeholder Mapping: Research key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry databases.
Pain-Point Discovery: Analyze industry forums, reviews, and case studies to uncover common QA/testing challenges and craft compelling outreach themes.
Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn) to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification: Screen inbound and outbound leads to schedule discovery calls, using a lightweight CRM or spreadsheet tracker.
Reporting & Optimization: Track metrics (leads generated, response rates, meetings booked), A/B test messaging, and iterate for improved results.
Who You Are
Educational Background: Fresh graduate from a Tier 1 institution OR
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in pre-sales research, bench sales recruitment, lead generation, or digital growth roles.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable mining data and synthesizing insights.
Self-starter attitude; able to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or basic CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
Mindset: Creative problem-solver, adaptable to feedback, and passionate about driving growth through targeted outreach.
