About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on SaaS-based applications.
This is a high-impact role where you'll play a critical part in shaping the commercial and pricing strategy.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of B2B SaaS pricing frameworks, and a collaborative working style.
You will be responsible for developing competitive pricing models, improving operational pricing processes, and enabling customer-facing teams to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Pricing Strategy & Framework
- Manage and refine default pricing and pre-approved discounting frameworks.
 - Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
 - Support the creation and rollout of pricing models for new SaaS product launches.
 
2.
Pricing Analytics & Insights
- Analyze pricing requests and provide actionable, data-backed insights.
 - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to guide pricing strategy.
 - Collaborate with the Deal Desk to structure complex deals and handle pricing exceptions.
 
3.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align pricing with business and customer needs.
 - Offer insights that contribute to improved product performance and higher sales efficiency.
 - Assist Product teams in establishing effective pricing for new offerings.
 
4.
Operational Improvements
- Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance pricing processes, tools, and templates.
 - Contribute to system transformation and automation projects to optimize pricing workflows.
 - Ensure pricing data accuracy and compliance across internal systems.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
 - 5–10 years of experience in pricing analytics, commercial strategy, or related functions.
 - Strong hands-on experience with B2B SaaS pricing and customer price modeling.
 - Proficiency in Excel; 
 working knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus. - Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting or working with a Deal Desk function.
 - Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV.
 - Familiarity with pricing automation and systems transformation.
 - Experience in a global or multicultural business environment.
