This role combines deep technical expertise, governance, and customer engagement, while mentoring teams and promoting innovation across the organization.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise solutions, leveraging .NET Core, microservices, cloud platforms, and modern design patterns.</p><br/><p>- Document architectures, create technical standards, and enforce check gates for design and delivery across teams.</p><br/><p>- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into solutions where applicable, guiding teams on AI-driven design and intelligent automation.</p><br/><p>- Apply DevOps principles in architecture design, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices.</p><br/><p>- Lead architecture reviews, monitor solution quality, and ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.</p><br/><p>- Provide expertise in OLTP, polyglot applications, integration patterns, authentication/authorization, and enterprise-scale platforms.</p><br/><p>- Engage with customers, particularly in banking, to translate business needs into high-value technical solutions.</p><br/><p>- Mentor architects and senior engineers, fostering innovation, cross-team collaboration, and adoption of best practices.</p><br/><p>- Champion emerging technologies, architectural trends, and innovation initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements : </b></p><br/><p>- 18+ years of IT experience, with current experience as an Architect for over 5 years.</p><br/><p>- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and web-based applications.</p><br/><p>- Proven skills in documenting architectures, establishing governance, and monitoring delivery quality.</p><br/><p>- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases, and security frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
