What You’ll Do -
We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to support our Healthcare Portfolio with strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
This individual will be responsible to providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and invoice reconciliation, while also preparing executive-level presentations to drive key business decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with numbers, and has a strong business acumen to translating data into actionable recommendations.
Additionally, the candidate should be a team player, adaptable to our collaborative culture, and comfortable working in a flexible work environment (remote or onsite).

During a Typical Day, You’ll
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Provide quick and accurate financial summaries for the healthcare portfolio.Prepare reports for executive leadership with clear insights and recommendations.Invoice Reconciliation & Budget Review.Review and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.Identify discrepancies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.Support budget tracking and variance analysis.Executive Presentations & Insights:
Develop professional, visually compelling presentations for leadership.Present financial insights and operational data in a clear and concise manner.Support leadership with data visualization, business storytelling, and executive summaries.Business & Data Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare-related business data to drive strategic initiatives.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.Collaboration & Culture Fit:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support healthcare operations.Adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with teams across various locations.Uphold company values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.What You Bring to the Role
Strong financial acumen - Ability to analyze numbers, create summaries, and support decision-making.Experience with invoice reconciliation - Ensuring accuracy in billing and financial processes.Proficiency in executive presentations - Ability to create and deliver high-quality reports for leadership.Data analysis & visualization - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Excellent communication skills - Ability to convey complex financial data in a clear and meaningful way.Adaptability & cultural fit - A team player who thrives in a collaborative, flexible work environment.Prior experience in healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).What You Can Expect
