This role demands deep technical expertise in high-performance systems, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, traders, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, fault-tolerant, and future-ready infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Must Haves : </b><br/><br/>- Architect & Optimize Low-Latency Systems : Design and enhance ultra-fast real-time data pipelines-covering ingestion, feature engineering, signal generation, and execution layers.<br/><br/>- Exchange Connectivity : Build and maintain high-performance modules for exchange connectivity using WebSocket and FIX protocols.<br/><br/>- Data Infrastructure : Manage time-series databases, distributed storage, and high-throughput systems optimized for financial workloads.<br/><br/>- Accelerated Computing : Implement GPU/FPGA acceleration and hybrid AI/ML-quantum computing (QC) modules for performance edge.<br/><br/>- Reliability & Resilience : Ensure end-to-end system resilience, monitoring, and fault-tolerant production deployments with ultra-low-latency benchmarks.<br/><br/>- Technical Leadership : Lead engineering teams, define best practices, and drive adoption of emerging technologies across the trading stack.<br/><br/><b>Core Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Advanced programming in C++ / Rust / Go / Python on Linux systems.<br/><br/>- Expertise in time-series databases, data compression, and synchronization techniques.<br/><br/>- Strong command of distributed systems, GPU/FPGA acceleration, and network optimization.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with quantum SDKs and hybrid computational architectures.<br/><br/>- Prior hands-on experience in HFT, proprietary trading, or crypto exchange infrastructure is highly desirable.<br/><br/><b>Performance Indicators (KPIs) :<br/></b><br/>- Reduction in system latency and infra costs vs performance gains.<br/><br/>- Robust uptime and fault tolerance across deployments.<br/><br/>- Speed of technology adoption and successful integration into production.<br/><br/>- Quality of latency dashboards, monitoring, and observability systems.<br/><br/>This role is designed for technology leaders who thrive on speed, precision, and innovation-shaping the future of trading infrastructure in one of the fastest-evolving domains.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Experience : </b><br/><br/>- Experience : 8-12+ years in software engineering, specializing in low-latency or high-frequency trading systems.<br/><br/>- Domain Expertise : Minimum 8 years within trading, HFT, or low-latency financial infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Leadership : Proven experience leading development teams and delivering mission-critical systems.<br/><br/>- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or Applied Mathematics from IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent Tier-1 institutes.<br/><br/>- M.Sc / M.Tech in Data Science, Computational Mathematics, or Statistics with strong programming background.<br/><br/><b>Performance Indicators : </b><br/><br/>- Reduction in system latency and infra costs vs performance gains.<br/><br/>- Robust uptime and fault tolerance across deployments.<br/><br/>- Speed of technology adoption and successful integration into production.<br/><br/>- Quality of latency dashboards, monitoring, and observability systems.<br/><br/>To take this discussion further , Kindly write with strict confident at madhura@linksuccess.in</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
