<p><p>We are looking for a hands-on expert who thrives at the intersection of platform innovation and business enablementsomeone who codes with purpose and leads with impact.</p><br/><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Architect, design, and deliver high-performing Salesforce solutions across both Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce for Service, ensuring alignment with business priorities and user experience goals.</p><br/><p>- Serve as a hands-on technical leader throughout the entire software development lifecycle.</p><br/><p>- Build solutions optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits.</p><br/><p>- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable Apex code, LWC components, Flow automation, and integrations.</p><br/><p>- Define and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and reusable components to support platform scalability and consistency.</p><br/><p>- Drive technical planning and roadmap development for Salesforce architecture, with a strong emphasis on agent lifecycle, service resolution, and compliance use cases.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), analysts, product owners, and service leaders to deliver capabilities that streamline agent workflows and accelerate sales velocity.</p><br/><p>- Lead peer reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability.</p><br/><p>- Proactively evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and releases to recommend innovations that advance platform maturity.</p><br/><p><b>Education :</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.</p><br/><p><b>Work Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Apex, Lightning, Visualforce development.</p><br/><p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficiency : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modleing, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.</p><br/><p>- Required experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities.</p><br/><p>Familiarity in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing required.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience working on complex codebases and addressing technical debt and performance issues.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and optimization techniques.</p><br/><p>- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.</p><br/><p>- Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.</p><br/><p>- Maintain a high standard of documentation, testing, and deployment processes.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.</p><br/><p>- Experience working with Agile methodology.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Salesforce certifications such as , Platform Developer II , Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Agentforce Specialist, Application or/and System Architect.</p><br/><p>- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools ( Copado).</p><br/><p>- Proficient with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with integration patterns and tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
