Job Description
As an experienced Software Development Engineer at Endian AI, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying software systems with advanced AI capabilities in our in-house tools and for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Software Solutions: Work with internal product team and/or our clients to design, implement and develop reliable, scalable and efficient enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Full-Stack Development: Work across entire stack of the application include backend, frontend and the AI stack of applications.
- Leverage AI-Powered Tools: Utilize the company’s proprietary AI tools to enhance coding efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, optimize code quality, and streamline the SDLC processes.
- System Integration: Integrate AI into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, applying new techniques and methodologies to our projects.
- Open-Source Contribution: Actively contribute to and engage with the open-source community, enhancing both your skills and the community’s resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field from a prestigious engineering college in India.
- Industry Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on work with enterprise applications or complex systems.
- Programming Skills: Advanced programming skills in any modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, Java Script, or Type Script.
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Have strong fundamentals that enables you to pick up new languages/frameworks quickly.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with innovative and effective solutions.
- Passion for Learning: Continuous learner, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of AI and machine learning.
- Open-Source Engagement: Experience with or a keen interest in contributing to open-source projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- AI Knowledge: Experience with LLMs/ML models is a plus.
