Our platform powers millions of transactions every month, and were scaling fast.<br/><br/> Were looking for a Tech Lead whos not just great at coding, but also at leading people, solving complex problems, and building systems that scale.</p><p><br/><b>What Youll Do :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, efficient Golang code and guide your team to do the same.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with the product team to understand new features and projects, and figure out the best way to build them.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design scalable systems that can handle millions of requests without breaking a sweat.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with Kafka, AWS services, and containerized deployments to keep things running smoothly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be the gatekeeper of code quality - conduct detailed PR reviews and ensure best practices are followed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take part in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions to keep everyone aligned.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keep tech documentation up to date so no one is left guessing how things work.<br/><br/></p><p>- Distribute work smartly within your team and make sure things get delivered on time.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keep an eye on system health using tools like Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, and jump in quickly when incidents happen.<br/><br/></p><p>- Help improve our CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts (Python/Shell).</p><p><br/><b>Must Have : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Golang.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong system design skills and experience building large-scale systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of Kafka.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with AWS (ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, EC2, Route 53).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with at least one of these: Grafana (Loki, Tempo, Prometheus), New Relic, Sentry.<br/><br/></p><p>- Can write basic automation scripts in Python or Shell.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.</p><p><br/><b>Why Youll Love Working Here : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build high-impact fintech products used by millions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Influence architecture and tech culture from the ground up.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with a passionate, collaborative, and fast-moving team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud, observability, and workflow tools.</p><p><br/><b>About Kissht :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> Kissht, a Great Place to Work certified organization, is a consumer-first credit app that is transforming the landscape of consumer credit.
