+ Background
+ Computer Science Master graduate (OS architecture / System programming)
+ Over 5 years of embedded SW development (Linux-based, RTOS-based)
+ Expected past experiences
+ Linux experience
+ Device driver development
+ System programming & integration
+ System tuning (boot time,
+ RTOS experience (Zephyr preferred)
+ FUSA experience
+ Team development by fully utilizing distributed code management like git
+ OSS experience
+ OSS developer experience
+ OSS project leadership experience
+ Act as reviewer
+ Act as maintainer
+ Project operation support (Steering committee member, board member,..)
+ Past track record
+ Code submission & reviewed record (in public repos)
+ OSS conference presentation experience

Qualifications

+ Manage SW enablement team (in-house)
+ Zephyr FUSA development lead (community)
+ Xen FUSA development lead (community)
+ fostering young developers in the team (in-house)
