<p><p><b>Description :</b> Priority Most Urgent.<br/><br/>Payroll : Prismberry and working as long term contractor on client's project.<br/><br/><b>Role :</b> Senior Oracle AFCS Technical Analyst.<br/><br/><b>No of resources required :</b> 2<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Role Objective :</b><br/><br/> Provide advanced technical and functional expertise for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle OFSAA AFCS (Accounting Foundation Cloud Service) solutions, with a strong focus on managing complex projects in banking and insurance environments.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Technical implementation of Oracle AFCS solutions, including sub-ledger, reconciliation rules, reporting, and data ingestion.<br/><br/> - Configuration and testing of components such as :<br/><br/>1.
Management Ledger.<br/><br/>2.
Reconciliation Rules.<br/><br/>3.
Data Quality Rules.<br/><br/>4.
Custom Reports.<br/><br/> - Integration with existing operational environments and other Oracle modules (GL Recon, Data Foundation).<br/><br/> - Project lifecycle support : requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment, user training.<br/><br/> - Collaboration with Solution Architects and functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.<br/><br/> - Troubleshooting activities across front-end and back-end, including logs, SQL queries, and server configurations.<br/><br/> - Technical documentation and creation of knowledge base articles.<br/><br/><b>Required Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Oracle Database.<br/><br/> - OBIEE / OAS / OAC.<br/><br/> - BI Reports, OTBI, Dashboards.<br/><br/> - SLAs (Subledger Accounting Rules).<br/><br/> - Ingest Connectors.<br/><br/> - Extract Connectors.<br/><br/> - GL Reconciliation Rules and Adjustments.<br/><br/> - Management Ledger.<br/><br/> - PMF Pipelines (Process Management Framework).<br/><br/> - Catalog Extensions.<br/><br/> - Custom DQ (Data Quality) Rules & Groups.<br/><br/> - FBDI, HDL Loader for data migration.<br/><br/> - VBCS, Sandbox Customizations.<br/><br/> - Oracle Fusion (AH, GL).<br/><br/><b>Functional Knowledge :</b><br/><br/> - Accounting and reconciliation processes.<br/><br/> - Management and analytical reporting.<br/><br/> - Banking and insurance operations.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Effective communication with technical and functional stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Ability to work independently and lead teams.<br/><br/> - Problem-solving and critical thinking.<br/><br/> - Flexibility to support international time zones (US/EU).<br/><br/> - Must have Excellent Communication Skill and flexibility to support international time zones (US/EU).<br/><br/><b>Education and Preferred Certifications :</b><br/><br/> - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.<br/><br/> - Oracle Certifications is a plus.<br/><br/> - ITIL, PMI/Prince2.<br/><br/><b>Required Experience :</b><br/><br/> - 5+ years in technical roles with Oracle OFSAA or similar platforms.<br/><br/> - Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects.<br/><br/> - Experience in cloud environments (Oracle Cloud, AWS).<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
