Their servicesranging from telecalling to sales and supportleverage automation and trained professionals to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and scale business growth across Implementation / Product Manager</b></p><p><br/><p><b>Location : </b>Sec 3, Noida</p><p><br/><b>Experience : </b>2- 5 Years</p></p><br/><b>Qualification : (Preferred) Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience</b><br/><br/><b>About the role :</b> </p><p><br/></p><p>As an AI Implementation or AI Product Manager at Company, youll own each stage of the AI Agent building and deployment process for the largest consumer enterprises, including Tata, Axis, Bajaj, IndiaMart, Justdial, PhonePe, Zepto, Kotak, and more.
<br/><br/>Youll work directly with VP and C-level executives to shape their AI roadmap, write and test prompt logic for high-impact use cases, and collaborate with engineering to design new product features.
<br/><br/>This is a role for someone who thrives on diving deep into complex business problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them to millions of users.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the deployment of Companys Voice AI Agents for some of the largest consumer enterprises globally, ensuring AI agents become mission-critical to how millions of customers are engaged.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and optimize enterprise-grade agents by mapping business workflows, writing and testing prompt logic, and collaborating with engineering to deliver precise, scalable solutions that handle thousands of conversations daily.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage deeply with customers, from discovering requirements and demonstrating solutions, to addressing technical challenges, and tailoring agents to their business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-level executives, guiding their AI roadmap, aligning deployments with strategic goals, and ensuring measurable impact on revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own a portfolio of enterprise deployments end-to-end, driving adoption, expansion, and long-term success by partnering closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Run high-velocity feedback loops into Product and Engineering, channeling real-world insights to shape the roadmap, resolve friction, and accelerate adoption at scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be a builder at heart, diving deep into complex problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them into millions of consumer interactions every month.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 2- 5 years of relevant experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, Strategy Consulting, or Solutions Engineering ideally in AI-native companies or adjacent domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design & prompt writing.
