<p><p>We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager/Scrum Master to lead product development initiatives and drive the successful delivery of software solutions.<br/><br/> The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, managing product backlogs, guiding Agile teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proven background in Agile product delivery.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><br/><p><p><b>Agile Leadership & Scrum Management :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach for one or more teams, ensuring Agile principles and practices are followed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</p><br/><p><b>Product & Backlog Management :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the backlog is well-maintained, transparent, and aligned with business goals.</p><br/><p><b>Roadmap & Delivery :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee development and delivery of high-quality products and/or programs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor product progress, delivery timelines, and ensure releases meet agreed objectives.</p><br/><p><b>Stakeholder & Governance :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage product governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Report on product performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.</p><br/><p><b>People Management :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a team of developers, product owners, or product leads.<br/><br/></p><p>- Encourage collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support professional growth and performance management of team members.</p><br/><p><b>Required Technical & Professional Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Scrum Master or Agile Coach responsibilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Java development concepts and understanding of software engineering practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Product Management, including roadmap planning and backlog management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of product governance and quality assurance practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Coach certification is preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong leadership and team management abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative and adaptive mindset</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
