He/She plays a significant role as an extension of our internal teams, the ultimate HighRadian ambassador who delivers continuous support from the advent of the conflict to the time it gets resolved.

S/he should be keen to learn about our complex software products and have a people-first mentality.

Responsibilities -

Requirements -

•

  He/She plays a significant role as an extension "} data-sheets-userformat={"2":14849,"3":{"1":0},"12":0,"14":{"1":2,"2":0},"15":"Century Gothic","16":12}>Familiarity with tools & practices of the trade such as case management, knowledge base, defect & escalation management.
