We work closely with schools to drive systemic change and are committed to user-focused, continuously improving programs.

Role Overview:

The Program Implementation Manager is a critical, on-ground leadership role responsible for the successful execution of our FLN program across schools in Hyderabad.

This person will act as the primary catalyst for change, focusing heavily on teacher capacity building, empathetic coaching, and ensuring program quality across the region.

This role requires disciplined execution, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting teachers in their challenging work.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Program Execution and On-Ground Management

  • Lead the successful, high-quality implementation of the FLN program in partner schools in Hyderabad and its surrounding outskirts.
  • Manage and execute all on-ground activities, ensuring program fidelity and adherence to all implementation guidelines.
  • Extensive local travel (within Hyderabad and its outskirts) is required to support and monitor school activities.

Teacher Capacity Building & Coaching

  • Serve as an engaging facilitator, responsible for conducting high-impact Teacher Training sessions.
  • Provide empathetic and impactful coaching and ongoing support to teachers, helping them integrate effective FLN practices into their classrooms.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide detailed, constructive feedback to enhance teacher practice.
  • Must be able to conduct all training and communication with teachers in Telugu.

3.

Project and Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships (e.g., school leaders, local education officials, and community partners).
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and tact to manage relationships and resolve on-ground conflicts effectively.
  • Drive project deliverables, managing uncertainty and adapting to constant changes while maintaining high levels of execution excellence.

Candidate Profile:

Required Experience & Skills (Must-Haves):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in classroom teaching.
  • Mandatory Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu is required, along with effective communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of pedagogy and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) principles.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated ability for engaging facilitation and effective coaching.
  • Mindset: Ability to balance being outcomes-driven (focused on results) and process-oriented (focused on quality execution).
