The Program Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning business objectives with technical execution, ensuring timely delivery of DevOps programs, and fostering a culture of automation, scalability, and continuous Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>Program Leadership & Strategy : <br/><br/></p><p>- Define and execute the roadmap for DevOps transformation initiatives across multiple IT projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Align program goals with organizational objectives, ensuring measurable business outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for DevOps programs.<br/><br/></p><p>Project & Delivery Management : <br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale DevOps projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage scope, schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.<br/><br/></p><p>Stakeholder Management : <br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide clear communication and reporting on program progress, risks, and results.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive consensus among technical and business teams.<br/><br/></p><p>DevOps & IT Enablement : <br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adoption of cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Champion site reliability engineering (SRE) principles, operational excellence, and continuous delivery culture.<br/><br/></p><p>Team Leadership & Coaching : <br/><br/></p><p>- Guide and mentor project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster collaboration between development, QA, operations, and security teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Encourage innovation, knowledge-sharing, and process Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 4+ years in DevOps/Cloud/IT projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale IT modernization or transformation projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, CSM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of security, compliance, and IT governance frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
