**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in IT asset management.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience in master data governance.
+ Understanding ITAM principles and the asset life-cycle, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM).

As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

**Responsibilities**

+ Apply knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and practical experience designing and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
+ Create and enforce policies, using ServiceNow tools, configuring and managing ServiceNow Discoveryto manage CI relationships and resolve data discrepancies.
+ Create ServiceNow reports and performance analytics dashboards to visualize CMDB health, asset data, and other key metrics for various stakeholders.
+ Leverage ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, and business rules are essential for automating asset life-cycle processes from procurement to retirement.
+ Own and manage the IT Hardware Product Catalog in ServiceNow, ensuring seamless data integrity and synchronization between ServiceNow, which acts as the system of record for IT assets, and SAP S/4HANA, the system for financial and procurement data.
