Position: Program Manager
Experience: 12 to 18 years
Location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Program/Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects under a single program, with a focus on Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, scope, and schedule expectations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, resources, and deliverables, collaborating with ASDM (Application Service Delivery Manager), Account Managers, and customer leadership teams to resolve any challenges.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program/project progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Quality Assurance & Metrics: Coordinate with internal Quality teams to track, report, and manage quality metrics for all projects.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement processes. - Resource Management: Manage resource planning and allocation for projects, including coordination with PMO (Project Management Office) and Competency teams for timely and effective releases.
- Planning & Scheduling: Lead the planning phase for new projects, including resource estimation, scheduling, and the preparation of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all escalations within CER and BAU programs, working closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Mandatory Experience:
- Quality Management: Strong understanding of quality management processes and experience in tracking and reporting quality metrics for large programs.
- Hybrid Methodology Management: Ability to manage projects using a mix of waterfall (predominantly) and agile methodologies, adjusting approach based on project needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 13+ years in Project/Program management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementation/ other development projects.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive program delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization and with customers.
