About the team
The Scaler Business Operations team ensures high-quality learning experiences and that the right career outcomes are provided to learners as part of the Scaler online vertical.
This means managing and optimising the day-to-day activities and processes of the functions that the team oversees: onboarding, participation, experience, and placement.
This team plays a critical role in achieving the company's strategic goals and objectives through effective internal and external coordination with the learners and execution of mission-critical problem statements.
