We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical ExcellenceManage multiple projects, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilizationMeet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing and new clientsBuild a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coachEnsure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policiesProfessional network and networking skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood leadership qualitiesGood experience in business developmentAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power PointSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualificationMBA / PGDM / equivalent post-graduation in other relevantExperienceminimum 3 years of relevant experience with Central or State government / large scale / Mid-size organization for placement of trained youth, organizing district and state level job fairs etc., organizing Training, Assessment & Certification in Foreign languagesMIS, Monitoring and Evaluation of Skill Development projects at central / state levelWhat we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
