Position Summary
 As a Project Coordinator, the most crucial aspects of the role include ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders, meticulously managing project timelines and budgets, and proactively addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.This position is based in Chandigarh/ PuneOur hybrid/remote work model offers the flexibility to work from home on need basis, allowing you to balance personal and professional life.
Please note that the first 6 months will require working from the office.Ability to travel domestically and overseas up to 10% of the year.Duties And Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL 
Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to get the job doneMaintain all documentation relevant to project (SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk register etc.)Prepare and maintain documents like project progress reports, invoices, budget, timesheets, project team deputation records, Project KPI’s etc.Work on arrangements, clearances, project team mobilization/demobilization, travel related tasksManage inventory/asset list of all non-human resources, issue register, transit documentationsPerform various tasks assigned on projects or related to operationsSupport project manager in planning, control and implementation of assigned projectsAdminister the relevant project database Conduct regular project control meetingsMaintaining regular and effective communications with clients to develop client / contractor relationships Able to understand project specific contractual terms and conditionsAble to read and interpret engineering GA drawings / blueprintsNON-ESSENTIAL
Assist with any other duties as and when requiredUndertake specific projects as instructed by management Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures.Qualifications
REQUIRED
Graduate in engineering with two years of relevant experience, (preferred in Mechanical or allied branch) Industrial experience of 5 years, with minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination related activities.

Project Management qualification / certificationKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project etc.) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams Ability to communicate effectively Ability to communicate / work with multi-cultural team of technicians and engineers for projects Ability to write accurate and concise communications Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices Self-Driven, positive attitude Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills Strong organizing and Planning Skills
