Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and up-to-date lectures on core pharmacy subjects (e.g., Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.)
  • Develop course materials, lesson plans, lab manuals, and assignments.
  • Supervise and guide students in practical labs, research projects, and internships.
  • Stay updated with developments in the pharmaceutical industry and integrate them into teaching.
  • Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
  • Evaluate student performance through exams, assessments, and class participation.
  • Support students academically and professionally through mentoring and counseling.
  • Attend departmental meetings, seminars, and contribute to academic committees.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.

    Pharm) or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AICTE/PCI norms and academic regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Research aptitude with published work in journals (UGC/Scopus indexed preferred).
  • Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (LMS, virtual labs, etc.)
  • Industry exposure or collaborations (bonus)
