teams based in Canada.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b> :<br/><br/><b>Project Planning and Strategy</b> :<br/><br/>- Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.<br/><br/>- Translate project deliverables into detailed tasks, ensuring clear instructions for teams to execute work effectively.<br/><br/><b>Team Leadership</b> :<br/><br/>- Represent all aspects of delivery in a client-facing capacity.<br/><br/>- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.<br/><br/>- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools for success.<br/><br/>- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members.<br/><br/><b>Risk Management</b> :<br/><br/>- Identify and assess risks associated with project delivery.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement mitigation plans and strategies to address potential challenges.<br/><br/>- Proactively manage issues to minimize their processes.<br/><br/><b>Timeline Management</b> :<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.<br/><br/>- Adjust project timelines as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or resource :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- A Master's degree is a plus.<br/><br/>- 4+ years of enterprise project management experience, preferably in a technology agency setting, technology consulting, or e-commerce implementation and management.<br/><br/>- Expertise in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for projects of various sizes and complexities.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to deliver various project types and deliverables, such as website design, development, e commerce, SEO, PPC, UX, analytics, content, and digital experience platforms.<br/><br/>- Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, finance, and loyalty industries.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with working with teams across North America and Asia.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of enterprise CMS and DXP systems, including Salesforce, Contentful, and Adobe products.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Trello).<br/><br/>- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.<br/><br/>- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.<br/><br/>- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.<br/><br/>- Financial acumen to manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.<br/><br/>- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in
