<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.<br/><br/>- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT software projects to ensure they align with project objectives and timelines.<br/><br/>- Support the Project Manager in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and maintaining project documentation.<br/><br/>- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, ensuring adherence to agile principles.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.<br/><br/>- Support the preparation of project reports and updates for stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ensure all project artifacts are stored and maintained for future reference.<br/><br/>- Assist in fostering an agile and collaborative project environment.<br/><br/>- Create project plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID Log, cost plan, implementation plan.<br/><br/>- Close monitoring & control of project progress and updating of the required metrices in timely manner.<br/><br/>- Drive end to end project starting from inception to project closure.<br/><br/>- Reporting to senior stakeholders<br/><br/>- Manage & drive Agile Sprint ceremonies, understanding and implementation of SAFe<br/><br/>- Negotiate, coach and mentor team as and when required during the project Lifecyle<br/><br/>- Reporting of project status/risk & issues in timely & business-friendly language<br/><br/>- Keep all the process related documents updated as per the organization guidelines<br/><br/>- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.<br/><br/>- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Assist the product owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.<br/><br/>- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress.<br/><br/>- Ensure the team is fully functional and productive.<br/><br/>- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.<br/><br/>- Promote and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
