<p><p><b>About the job</b><br/><br/><b>PM for Automation Testing</b><br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in automation testing, particularly within the medical devices industry.
The ideal candidate will lead, drive, and oversee automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the implementation of best practices in test automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor emerging trends and innovations in test automation for potential adoption.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based),FlaUI/WinAppDriver/ Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
