<p>About the job:<br/><br/>Position: Project Manager<br/><br/>Location: Mumbai(Ghatkopar)<br/><br/>Experience: 4-6Years<br/><br/>Notice period: Immediate<br/><br/>Employment Type: Full-time<br/><br/>About The Role<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end project tracking, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.<br/><br/> In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, this role will also include requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment, functioning as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Project Management:<br/><br/>- Lead, plan, and track multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.<br/><br/>- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.<br/><br/>- Facilitate project governance, status updates, and stakeholder reporting.<br/><br/>- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, time, and cost.<br/><br/>Business Analysis & Documentation:<br/><br/>- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.<br/><br/>- Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly.<br/><br/>- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes.<br/><br/>- Maintain project-related documentation including BRDs, SRS, meeting notes, and trackers.<br/><br/>Key Skills & Competencies:<br/><br/>- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and tracking.<br/><br/>- Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project / JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel / PowerPoint.<br/><br/>- Background in Microsoft Power apps, Broking Industry and Fund Management is a plus.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.<br/><br/>- 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to Business Analysis<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
