<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementation and support projects.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical SMEs.<br/><br/>- Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, task allocation, budgeting, and resource management.<br/><br/>- Drive execution of SAP projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.<br/><br/>- Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting, status updates, and governance reviews.<br/><br/>- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including developers, functional consultants, testers, and business analysts.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes, architectural standards, and performance best practices.<br/><br/>- Support the creation of project charters, proposals, estimations, and other documentation.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into effective SAP PM solutions, leveraging domain expertise and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with strong focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations and support projects across diverse industries.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, lifecycle models, estimation methodologies, and quality frameworks.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in project scheduling, task management, resource coordination, and budget tracking.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of SAP architecture, integration frameworks, and performance engineering.<br/><br/>- Domain knowledge to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and collaboration capabilities.<br/><br/>- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, EAM) in integration with SAP PM.<br/><br/>- Exposure to S/4HANA project management and transformation programs.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with project tools like MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, etc.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
