VPN technologies MPLS VPN etc.<br/><br/>2.
Routing protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc.<br/><br/>3.
MPLS & Multicast technologies.<br/><br/>4.
Route-map, prefix-list, community, policy-based routing.<br/><br/>- Expertise in preparing high quality HLD and LLD design documents.<br/><br/>- LAN Technologies : VLAN.<br/><br/>- Wi-Fi : Predictive survey, AP design, proficiency in RF.<br/><br/>- Identifying cross functional dependencies.<br/><br/>- Experience in sequencing the activities, scheduling the tasks, and preparing project plan.<br/><br/>- Experience in planning and conducting vigorous WAN/LAN/WIFI network tests and generating a detailed test report.<br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><br/>- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing a Global WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi solution.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi solution.<br/><br/>- Design and implementation of NNI solution in multi-service providers environment.<br/><br/>- Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting WAN/WAN Optimizers/LAN/Wi-Fi environments.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge in WAN, MPLS and Internet technologies.<br/><br/>- Preferable to possess advanced/expert level certifications from multiple vendors like Cisco, Juniper.<br/><br/>- Expertise in design and implementation of management and monitoring technologies like SNMP, NTP, Logging, TACACS, SSH, Telnet.<br/><br/>- Expertise in design and implementation of complex routing involving BGP, MPLS VPNs, route-map, prefix-list and QoS.<br/><br/><b>General :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><br/>- Acquire knowledge and detailed understanding on customers network architecture.<br/><br/>- Validate Scope of Work and Due Diligence of Data and identify gaps.<br/><br/>- Gather required and detailed information and develop SMTD/MOPS/SOP with complete understanding of customer network architecture.<br/><br/>- Responsible for giving reverse knowledge transfer to L3/L2 Engineers and getting sign-off from customer and internal stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Changes management in customer end Network devices for remote management of devices and on boarding of Monitoring tool.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents.<br/><br/><b>Do :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><br/>- Provide adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects in own tower (platform/dbase/ middleware/ backup).<br/><br/>- Lead the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc.<br/><br/>according to various system requirements to ensure a highly scalable and extensible solution.<br/><br/>- Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing the current and future requirements.<br/><br/>- Utilize and leverage the new features of all underlying technologies to ensure smooth functioning of the installed databases and applications/ platforms, as applicable.<br/><br/>- Strategize & implement disaster recovery plans and create and implement backup and recovery plans.<br/><br/>- Manage the day-to-day operations of the tower.<br/><br/>- Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing fixes to avoid similar issues.<br/><br/>- Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions for own tower.<br/><br/>- Review the technical performance of own tower and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine tune performance and reduce performance challenges.<br/><br/>- Develop shift roster for the team to ensure no disruption in the tower.<br/><br/>- Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance etc.<br/><br/>- Provide weekly status reports to the client leadership team, internal stakeholders on database activities w.<br/><br/>progress, updates, status, and next steps.<br/><br/>- Leverage technology to develop Service Improvement Plan (SIP) through automation and other initiatives for higher efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
