<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Developer with a strong background in AWS cloud platforms, Microservices architecture, and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
You will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, distributed systems that power our next-generation applications.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using </p><p>Java and Spring Boot.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and implement microservices in a cloud-native environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven and asynchronous communication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams to automate deployments and monitor application health using AWS native tools and third-party services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code, following industry best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, and code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of </p><p>services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, containerization, and cloud deployment using Docker, </p><p>Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of professional experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/streaming platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.</p><br/><br/><p>Preferred Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- AWS Certification (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK stack.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
