<p><p><b>Title : </b> Core Python Backend Developer.</p><br/><p><b>Location : </b> Bhopal, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurugram, Jaipur, Pune, India Hybrid.</p><br/><p><b>Employment Type : </b> Full-time Permanent.</p><br/><p><b>Notice Period : </b> Immediate.</p><br/><p><b>Experience Required : </b> 7+ Years.</p><br/><p><b>Role : </b></p><br/><p>We are seeking a strong Core Python Backend Developer with hands-on expertise in both Django (application development, ORM, business logic) and FastAPI (high-performance APIs, async services).</p><br/><p>This role focuses on building scalable backend applications, implementing business logic, and ensuring high-performance service layers for enterprise-grade : </b></p><br/><p>- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.</p><br/><p>- Build robust and scalable REST APIs and application modules.</p><br/><p>- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions (PostgreSQL/MySQL).</p><br/><p>- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.</p><br/><p>- Work with async programming for performance-critical services.</p><br/><p>- Manage background jobs and distributed task queues (Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ).</p><br/><p>- Ensure application performance, fault tolerance, and scalability.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams for feature delivery.</p><br/><p>- Write clean, reusable, testable code with proper unit/integration tests.</p><br/><p>- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployments.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Strong expertise in Core Python (OOP, data structures, design patterns).</p><br/><p>- <b>Must-have : </b> Hands-on experience with Django (ORM, middleware, application architecture).</p><br/><p>- <b>Must-have : </b> Proven experience with FastAPI for building async APIs.</p><br/><p>- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and WebSockets.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).</p><br/><p>- Experience with async IO, concurrency, and performance optimization.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of API security, session management, and data protection.</p><br/><p>- Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, or external services.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills : </b></p><br/><p>- Knowledge of GraphQL (Graphene, Ariadne, or Strawberry).</p><br/><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).</p><br/><p>- Exposure to monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).</p><br/><p>- Prior work in large-scale or high-traffic applications.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
