The candidate will play a key role in transforming existing partial projects into scalable AI Agents and creating differentiated AI-driven products that leverage Unique Data Sources, Domain Expertise, and LLMs.<br/><br/>This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of data engineering, applied AI, and product innovation, helping us release AI Agents rapidly to strengthen organisation market leadership.</p><br/><p><b>SKILLS REQUIRED :</b><br/><br/>- 6-8 years of experience in Python development<br/><br/>- Strong background in data wrangling, analysis, and visualization (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, etc.)<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI projects<br/><br/>- Working knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, etc.) is preferred<br/><br/>- Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django<br/><br/>- Experience working with Databricks for large-scale data engineering and analytics<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless computing<br/><br/>- Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, etc.) and big data processing frameworks would be a plus<br/><br/>- Solid grasp of software engineering principles: modularity, testing, CICD, and scalability</p><br/><p><b>GOOD TO HAVE :</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model deployment<br/><br/>- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) for LLM integrations<br/><br/>- Background in recommendation systems or applied ML<br/><br/>- Contribution to open-source AI/ML or agent frameworks.</p><br/><p><b>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based AI/Agentic solutions<br/><br/>- Apply LLMs and GenAI techniques to enable reasoning, insights, and recommendations within Agents<br/><br/>- Collaborate with domain experts and product managers to shape innovative AI features aligned with customer needs and business goals<br/><br/>- Convert existing R&D projects and integrate domain-specific data sources into intelligent agents<br/><br/>- Contribute to new R&D projects for Agents via data collection, preprocessing, analysis, and presentation<br/><br/>- Ensure scalability and efficiency through serverless architectures, APIs, and microservices deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)<br/><br/>- Stay ahead of the curve on LLM research, agent frameworks, and AI productization trends to drive continuous innovation.</p><br/><p><b>WHY JOIN US : </b><br/><br/>We pride ourselves in building products and services that enrich and empower the way organizations use data.
