The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in building scalable applications.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to work on real-world projects, gain hands-on exposure to web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and AI-based workflows, while following industry best Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications, scripts, and utilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement clean, reusable, and modular code following PEP8 standards and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write and execute queries on relational databases (preferably MSSQL) to support application features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build beginner-to-intermediate level web applications or dashboards using frameworks like Flask, Django, Streamlit, or FastAPI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize Git for version control and understand the basics of CI/CD pipelines for deployment workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with structured/unstructured data formats such as JSON, CSV, REST APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Explore and contribute to AI-driven workflows using Python libraries such as OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI SDKs, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, cloud environments, and modern software development Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong understanding of Python fundamentals (functions, OOP concepts, modules, exception </p><p>handling, decorators, context managers, data structures).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good logical reasoning, algorithmic thinking, and debugging skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with databases (preferably MSSQL) and ability to write simple queries (CRUD, joins, indexing).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to API integration (requests, responses, status codes, error handling).<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic understanding of cloud concepts (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to at least one Python-based web framework (Flask, Django, Streamlit, or FastAPI).<br/><br/></p><p>- Awareness of Git workflows and CI/CD concepts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on exposure to NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI SDKs) is an added Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactive learner with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage time and work on multiple tasks effectively.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
