<p><p><b>About Role :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Python Lead to design and develop scalable backend solutions, lead architectural discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, data manipulation, and modern backend systems, with a proven track record of building robust, maintainable, and high-performance Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient Python code for web services and backend systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build server-side application logic using frameworks like FastAPI and integrate with user-facing components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot performance issues across the application lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with front-end engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn to support data-driven projects and machine learning tasks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code using design patterns and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement backend APIs, robust database connections, and ensure smooth data transformations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document technical designs, workflows, and specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively contribute to architectural discussions and Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.<br/><br/></p><p>- 710 years of professional experience in software development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in FastAPI (or Flask).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CRDB).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with middleware orchestration tools (Mulesoft, Microsoft BizTalk).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills with solid grounding in data structures and algorithms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of OOP, OOD, and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with OpenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT API).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Big Data systems (Hadoop, Azure Data Lake).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in building and scaling distributed, high-volume backend systems.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
