The Ride Command team builds world-class connected vehicle solutions for off-road vehicles and motorcycles.</p><p><br/></p><p> As a Mobile App QA Automation Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building robust automated testing solutions that regularly exercise full system functionality and ensure project requirements are implemented properly.
The ideal candidate is effective in a fast-paced Agile development environment, is fresh on industry best practices and automated testing standards and is passionate about delivering quality products to customers.
Interest in powersports is a plus, as there are many opportunities to ride!</p><br/><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop, maintain, and communicate meaningful functional test plans that holistically analyze Ride Command websites on all major supported web browser platforms</p><br/><p>- Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable automation framework</p><br/><p>- Thoroughly document issues found, assign proper severity, and drive resolution</p><br/><p>- Execute regression testing to support software releases to customers</p><br/><p>- Integrate automated testing solutions into continuous integration pipelines</p><br/><p>- Support, maintain and administer cloud testing solutions</p><br/><p>- Analyze system performance for bottlenecks</p><br/><p>- Boost unit, integration, and system testing coverage</p><br/><p>- Adopt and mature projects best practices and coding standards</p><br/><p>- Have a customer-focused mindset for delivering a product that is centered around a great customer experience</p><br/><p>- Be an active participant in and help enhance a mature agile environment</p><br/><p>- Explore new methods and tools for automated testing</p><br/><p>- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise</p><br/><p>- Flexible enough to work on products being produced for a fast-changing market</p><br/><p>- Help build and maintain high team morale</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills :</b></p><br/><p><b>Minimum Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- At least 6- 8 years of automated testing experience in a production setting</p><br/><p>- Proven experience in creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on requirements and specifications</p><br/><p>- Extensive experience in developing mobile automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium, C# and appium</p><br/><p>- Demonstrated experience delivering highly effective automated testing solutions using Appium on iOS and Android to ensure comprehensive test coverage</p><br/><p>- Hands on experience in using API testing and automation (Postman / RestAssured)</p><br/><p>- Experience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions using Jenkins / Azure pipelines</p><br/><p>- Strong background and knowledge in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing</p><br/><p>- Experience with Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban</p><br/><p>- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment</p><br/><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><br/><p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Performance testing experience (JMeter)</p><br/><p>- Script and tool writing experience to aid in test suite execution</p><br/><p>- Playwright / WebDriver IO automation experience (Good to have)</p><br/><p>- Browserstack Experience</p><br/><p>- Exposure to Test Rail</p><br/><p>- Exposure to AI powered testing solutions (Good to have)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
