<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Primary responsibilities include working with Dev/PM/Test to design and implement test and validation strategies throughout the development life cycle<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high quality test automation suites<br/><br/></p><p>- Write, execute and debug automated test cases, troubleshoot and debug complex systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Able to mentor other engineers in technical aspect<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in communicating with business teams, other development teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs<br/><br/></p><p>- Detect underlying problems, patterns, and looks beyond the obvious.
Assist in the analysis of test results to identify the root cause of failure<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify opportunities for process, tools and test methodology improvements and drive those from concept to implementation<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with the open source community to scale up test automation practices, and provide robust releases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working on an Agile squad, leading quality engineering efforts while collaborating with the squad, chapter, and tribe<br/><br/></p><p>- Have accountability for test strategy, test planning, framework implementation, and test execution within the agile squad and tribe<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement high-quality, reusable, maintainable test automation code using various automation tools and frameworks<br/><br/></p><p>- Create structured, clean, and cohesive test automation and exploratory tests for all new features and/or functional changes in the software, organized into repeatable test suites for native mobile applications and browser-based applications from the user interface as well as through APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and related tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and product quality throughout the development lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate actively in code reviews, requirement discussions, and test case reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously explore and implement new test tools, processes, and technologies to improve and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or SDET.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on expertise withSelenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, </p><p>Cucumber.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in C# programming for writing and maintaining automation scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience in API testing(Postman, RestAssured preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth understanding ofQA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
