<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> ServiceNow Developer Field Service Management (FSM)<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5+ Years<br/><br/><b>Job Location :</b> Remote (India)<br/><br/><b>Job Type :</b> Full-Time<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) for a remote opportunity based in India.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience in FSM, working closely with clients to deliver robust solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow FSM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize and enhance FSM workflows, including Work Orders, Dispatch, Scheduling, and Mobile capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain ServiceNow components using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with third-party systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide troubleshooting and support for FSM applications and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain clear communication and build strong relationships with client teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on FSM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of end-to-end FSM implementation in client projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and experience with ServiceNow Glide APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Middle East clients is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
