<p></p><p><b>Description :</b> <br/><br/>We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITOM Service Mapping to join our growing team.
This is a remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, and Service Mapping implementation.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement Service Mapping solutions within the ServiceNow platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform end-to-end Service Mapping implementation, including configuration of patterns, discovery, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.) to enhance platform capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and other standard integration mechanisms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with other ServiceNow modules like Discovery, CMDB, and Event Management to support ITOM processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and support during project execution and post-deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards, best practices, and industry guidelines.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b> <br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly Service Mapping must have implemented in a real-time project.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, and IntegrationHub.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and data normalization processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/></p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
