<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> ServiceNow Developer / Lead / Architect (Exp in at least two ServiceNow modules)<br/><br/><b>Job Location :</b> Remote (India)<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 5 to 15 Years<br/><br/><b>Notice Period :</b> Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1520 days preferred<br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking talented and experienced ServiceNow professionals (Developers, Leads, and Architects) to join our dynamic team.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing at least two ServiceNow modules from scratch, along with strong scripting and integration skills.
</p><p><br/></p><p>This is a remote role based in India, offering exciting opportunities to work on enterprise-level projects.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, GRC, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Custom Scoped Application, CMDB, FSM, SPM, Service portal, FSO, ITAM, ITBM etc.) from scratch to deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide architectural and technical guidance across ServiceNow implementations (for Architect roles)<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure performance tuning of applications.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in implementing at least two ServiceNow modules end-to-end implementation from scratch to deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br/><br/></p><p>- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.) are a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
