                <p><b>Job Title : ServiceNow Developer FSM (Field Service Management)</b><br/><br/><b>Experience : 5 to 8 Years</b><br/><br/><b>Job Location : Remote (India)</b><br/><br/><b>Join Timeframe : Immediate Joiners or within 15 to 30 days preferred</b><br/><br/><b>No of position : 4</b><br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are actively looking for a ServiceNow Developer FSM with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team in India.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Field Service Management (FSM) implementation from scratch, including design, development, and deployment.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and execute end-to-end <b>FSM implementations on the ServiceNow platform</b>.<br/><br/>- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.<br/><br/>- Design and implement solutions across Field Service Management (FSM) modules including <b>Dispatch, Work Order Management, Mobile Configuration, and Scheduling.</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).<br/><br/>- Perform integration of FSM with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-deployment.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- 5 to 8 years of solid experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Field Service Management (FSM).<br/><br/>- Proven experience in <b>end-to-end FSM implementations from scratch.</b><br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and automation workflows.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills ability to clearly articulate technical ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal skills team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have :</b><br/><br/>- ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or FSM Implementation Specialist.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
