<p><p><b>Job Summary : <br/></b><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end technical delivery, strong team leadership, and hands-on coding experience even in their current role.<br/><br/> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow IRM solutions.<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.<br/><br/>- Interface with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while managing risks and dependencies.<br/><br/>- Stay hands-on with coding, troubleshooting, and guiding team members through complex technical challenges.<br/><br/>- Define and track KPIs to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Facilitate agile ceremonies and project updates with internal and external teams.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills And Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 8 to 14 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to technical delivery management.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation and integration projects.<br/><br/>- Excellent technical leadership and team management capabilities.<br/><br/>- Hands-on coding experience in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)even in your current role.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
