If you're interested in joining our team, check out the recent job openings.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and manage QA and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.<br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing (Selenium) frameworks for both web and mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations.<br/><br/>- Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.<br/><br/>- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.<br/><br/>- Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.<br/><br/>- Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools).<br/><br/>- Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI).<br/><br/>- Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks.<br/><br/>- Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts.<br/><br/>- (Optional) Conduct functional and integration testing for NetSuite modules.<br/><br/> Required Skills & Experience : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 5-10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership.<br/><br/>- Strong Magento expertise (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases).<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.<br/><br/>- Hands-on expertise with : </p><ul><li>Automation : Selenium.</li><li>Performance Testing : JMeter.</li><li>Cross-Browser Testing : BrowserStack (or similar).</li><li>API Testing : Postman.</li><li>Test Management : Jira.</li><li>Mobile/WMS Testing : iOS & Android.</li></ul><p>- Availability for flexible hours with mandatory presence between 8 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM IST.<br/><br/> Preferred Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with NetSuite-related testing.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.<br/><br/>Why Join Us?
