<p><p><b>Job Role : </b>Quality Assurance Analyst.<br/><br/><b>Job type : </b>Full-time.<br/><br/><b>Work Mode : </b>WFO.<br/><br/><b>Location : </b>Chennai.<br/><br/><b>Shift-Timing : </b>4pm to 1 am.<br/><br/><b>Summary and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Champion a culture of technology and automation throughout the testing process.</p><p><br/>- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define test scenarios, create comprehensive test plans and test cases to support regression and client-specific testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track defects; support resolution and re-testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor open issues, risks, and actions that may impact requirements or deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare detailed test reports and metrics with accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain business and functional requirements provided by clients and operations teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform other duties as assigned.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of software testing experience, preferably in healthcare applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with compliance procedures and regulatory frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related business applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong organizational and time management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/><p><b>Reporting and Metrics : </b></p><p><br/></p>This role is accountable for tracking and reporting on : <br/><br/></p><p>- Test case pass/fail rates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Defect detection rate and density.<br/><br/></p><p>- Requirements and code coverage.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
