<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and recommend requirements for STLC through analysis on the impacted area.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on involvement in sprint testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain an up-to-date Regression Pack to ensure ongoing testing of critical functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Test automation using tools like ReadyAPI, SpecFlow, PlayWright, Selenium or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain heat maps and ensure up-to-date visibility on quality metrics and coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure test scenarios and requirements are aligned and properly documented.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the team to ensure that Test Approach is properly updated in Jira stories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Keep QMetery updated with test cases, test runs, and results to ensure proper documentation and traceability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all automation and manual testing processes are continuously improved and up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the QA architect/manager to help define test policy and procedures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collate test result data to support the creation of release readiness reports.<br/><br/><b>Key Competencies And Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a balanced focus on both manual and automated testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, TypeScript) to develop effective automation scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise with ReadAPI, SpecFlow, and TestComplete for API automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in maintaining automated regression packs and contributing to sprint testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking systems (JIRA).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with tools like QMetery for test management and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with BAs and developers on refining requirements and testing strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in scenario preparation and data preparation for test environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to design, maintain, and execute complex test cases that ensure comprehensive coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to update and align the Test Approach to Jira stories and project requirements.<br/><br/><b>Additional Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automated tests into DevOps processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with advanced testing frameworks and a passion for exploring new testing tools and technologies.<br/><br/><b>Education & Experience Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong ability to context switch between multiple products and tasks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of a commodity or financial trading environment useful but not a pre-requisite.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum team environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Educated to Degree-level (or equivalent), as a minimum requirement.<br/><br/><b>Who We Are :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Glencore is one of the worlds largest global diversified natural resource companies and a major producer and marketer of more than 60 commodities that advance everyday life.<br/><br/></p><p>Through a network of assets, customers and suppliers that spans the globe, we produce, process, recycle, source, market and distribute the commodities that support decarbonisation while meeting the energy needs of today.<br/><br/></p><p>With over 150,000 employees and contractors and a strong footprint in over 35 countries in both established and emerging regions for natural resources, our marketing and industrial activities are supported by a global network of more than 50 offices.<br/><br/></p><p>Glencores customers are industrial consumers, such as those in the automotive, steel, power generation, battery manufacturing and oil sectors.<br/><br/></p><p>We also provide financing, logistics and other services to producers and consumers of commodities.<br/>Glencore is proud to be a member of the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights and the International Council on Mining and Metals.<br/><br/></p><p>We are an active participant in the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative.
