<p><p><br/><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and database testing.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, validating data integrity across databases, and ensuring the overall quality and reliability of both web applications and backend systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform database testing by writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated test scripts with backend systems to ensure end-to-end application reliability.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) to automate test execution and reporting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Debug frontend and backend issues, identifying root causes and providing solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain version control of test scripts and related artifacts using Git.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide clear documentation, status reports, and effective communication across cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Mandatory Skills :</b></p><p><br/>- Database Testing<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Java<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Selenium<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/>- Strong proficiency in Java for test automation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web applications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in SQL with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of validating data in databases and ensuring data integrity.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with TestNG or JUnit frameworks.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across frontend and backend.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
