<p><p>Role : Automation QA.<br/><br/>Location : Charlotte, NC Need Local candidates only.<br/><br/>Need Onsite : day 1, hybrid 3 days from office.<br/><br/>LinkedIn id is must (Should not been created recently, at least 6 Years old in case of senior candidates).<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver and Java to join our QA team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of our applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop test cases accordingly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD teams to integrate automated tests into build pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve test processes, tools, and techniques.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 7+ years of experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in writing and maintaining test scripts in Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
