<p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :</b><br/><br/><b>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :<br/></b><br/>- Independently develop, automate and execute test plans to meet and increase automated testing coverage in our pipelines.<br/><br/>- Independently collaborate with Scrum team to support all testing activities.<br/><br/>- Proactively own all testing activities related to Scrum team execution.<br/><br/>- Actively participate in design/architectural discussions, user story grooming, sprint demos, and daily Scrums to help establish a Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach.<br/><br/>- Recommend product, infrastructure, or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.<br/><br/><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : </b><br/><br/>Education: Bachelor's degree in a related area required, preferably in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems or a related areaOr equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired<br/><br/><b>Experience :<br/></b><br/>- Minimum of three years of progressive IT experience that includes coding in Python and Java.<br/><br/>- Minimum of two years SQL query experience for data analysis/profiling.<br/><br/>- Experience developing applications utilizing REST API web services, Apache Nifi or Kafka preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of version control such as Git / Bitbucket and Jenkins for builds.<br/><br/>- Understanding of automated testing frameworks.<br/><br/>- SQL database experience (MySQL or Oracle).<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.<br/><br/>- Ability to work as part of a Scrum team.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Results-oriented and able to work across the organization.<br/><br/>- Comfortable working in a rapidly transforming organization.<br/><br/><b>Skills :<br/></b><br/>- Fluency in written and verbal English, including presentation skills<br/><br/>- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions<br/><br/>- Strong collaborative and facilitative skills and ability to work with a variety of technical and nontechnical stakeholders<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills<br/><br/>- Excellent communicator with ability to synthesize and communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing with ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders<br/><br/>- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving field<br/><br/>- Ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology and apply knowledge<br/><br/>- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and across the organization<br/><br/>- Excellent time management, planning, prioritization, and organization skills<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile practices<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to develop software solutions<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Java and/or Python required<br/><br/>- Ability to integrate code into automated deployment pipelines<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs required<br/><br/>- Ability to use JSON and XML required<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of version control such as Git required<br/><br/>- Demonstrated relational and/or no-SQL database skills (MongoDB, Raven) required<br/><br/>- Ability to work as part of a scrum team, following SAFe agile practices<br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration skills required<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to proactively own all activities related to scrum team execution, including anticipating and proactively planning work across sprints<br/><br/>- Results-oriented and able to work across the organization<br/><br/>- Comfortable in a rapidly transforming organization<br/><br/>- Ability to proactively own QAE tasks in a scrum team<br/><br/><b>Abilities :<br/></b><br/>- Communication communicates effectively in oral and written formats within the team and with technical and non-technical staff outside the team both in India and the US<br/><br/>- Collaboration collaborates and contributes in a fast-paced environment with diverse perspectives;
