<p></p><p><b>Job Information :</b><br/><br/><b>Title :</b><br/><br/>- QA Testing Engineer<br/><br/><b>Industry :</b><br/><br/>- IT Services<br/><br/><b>City :</b><br/><br/>- Bangalore<br/><br/><b>State/Province :</b><br/><br/>- Karnataka<br/><br/><b>Zip/Postal Code :</b><br/><br/>- 560001<br/><br/><b>Brief Job Description :</b><br/><br/>The QA Automation Engineer participates in all aspects of testing.<br/><br/>This includes the ability to write manual test cases and develop, execute and analyse the automation test suites for the regression of all applications.<br/><br/>S/he should assist in the development of test strategies for manual and automation testing to ensure applications meet requirements.<br/><br/>The candidate should be self-motivated, creative and proactive.<br/><br/>S/he must also demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, and diverse technologies.<br/><br/><b>Roles And Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Assist by creating automated scripts after manual validation and help improve the automation coverage.<br/><br/>- Perform functional, integration, regression and end to end testing for web and mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of database queries to perform back-end testing.<br/><br/>- Develop, execute and maintain test cases and test scripts based on stories and business/technical documents.<br/><br/>- Document, track and manage defects in JIRA.<br/><br/>- Establish and maintain traceability of requirements through test cases to improve test coverage.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with QA manager and team to improve QA procedures and approaches.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Technical knowledge and experience are basic requirement for this kind of role.<br/><br/>- QA Engineer that has a passion for software quality and has in-depth knowledge of the latest quality assurance and quality control procedures and practices in software development.<br/><br/>- You will be working closely with developers and responsible for creating and executing test plans used to ensure high levels of quality for complex applications including hardware, web and mobile.<br/><br/>- Overall, 3+ years of QA experience with at least 1-2 years of actual experience with Selenium.<br/><br/>- Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.<br/><br/>- Experience with SDLC and Agile/ Scrum.<br/><br/>- An understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product.<br/><br/>- Analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Decision making ability.<br/><br/>- Attention to details.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.<br/><br/>- Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Benefits :</b><br/><br/>- Flexible Work Environment.<br/><br/>- Health and Life Insurance.<br/><br/>- Paid Vacation Leaves.<br/><br/>- Company sponsored Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner.<br/><br/>- Company sponsored Activities.<br/><br/>- Competitive Salaries.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
